Preguntas frecuentes
¿Necesito cuenta o conexión a internet?
No. El juego funciona sin cuenta y sin conexión; tu partida se guarda en el dispositivo. Solo los anuncios con recompensa necesitan internet.
¿Mis socios siguen ganando si cierro el juego?
Sí, hasta un tope de horas que verás al volver (más con el Pase Lambo). Vuelve a menudo para que la caja no se llene.
¿Puedo pasar mi partida a otro móvil?
Todavía no: la partida vive en tu dispositivo. Si cambias de móvil o desinstalas la app, empezarás de cero.
¿Por qué no oigo la música?
Comprueba que la música está activada en Ajustes y que el móvil no está en silencio: el juego respeta el interruptor de silencio y se mezcla con tu propia música.
¿Cómo quito las notificaciones?
Desde los ajustes del sistema: Ajustes → Notificaciones → Scam Empire (iOS) o Ajustes → Aplicaciones → Scam Empire → Notificaciones (Android). Como mucho enviamos tres y son siempre del juego.
¿Hay compras o anuncios?
El juego es gratis. Puedes comprar lingotes, packs y pases si quieres ir más rápido (los cobra Apple), y ver anuncios solo cuando tú eliges, a cambio de un premio: nunca interrumpen la partida. Para recuperar el Pack Iniciación o el Pase Lambo en otro dispositivo: Tienda → «Restaurar compras». Las devoluciones se piden a Apple en reportaproblem.apple.com.
¿Está en otros idiomas?
Está en español e inglés: usa el idioma de tu dispositivo y puedes cambiarlo en Ajustes → Idioma.
Borrar tus datos
Scam Empire no tiene cuentas: todo lo que guarda está en tu dispositivo, y los datos de juego anónimos solo se registran si diste tu consentimiento. Para borrarlos:
- Dejar de compartir datos de juego y borrar los registrados: en el juego, Ajustes → Privacidad → desactiva «Compartir datos de juego anónimos».
- Borrar la partida: Ajustes → «Reiniciar partida».
- Borrarlo todo: desinstala la app.
- Datos de juego ya enviados (Firebase): escríbenos a lagartijalabs@gmail.com con el asunto «Scam Empire - borrar datos» y el identificador de instalación que muestra la app. Los borraremos en un máximo de 30 días.

FAQ
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No. The game works without an account and offline; your game is saved on your device. Only rewarded ads need the internet.
Do my partners keep earning if I close the game?
Yes, up to a cap of hours you'll see when you come back (more with the Lambo Pass). Come back often so the cash box doesn't fill up.
Can I move my game to another phone?
Not yet: your game lives on your device. If you switch phones or uninstall the app, you'll start from scratch.
Why can't I hear the music?
Check that music is on in Settings and that your phone isn't on silent: the game respects the silent switch and mixes with your own music.
How do I turn off notifications?
In your system settings: Settings → Notifications → Scam Empire (iOS) or Settings → Apps → Scam Empire → Notifications (Android). We send at most three, always about the game.
Are there purchases or ads?
The game is free. You can buy gold bars, packs and passes if you want to go faster (Apple handles billing), and watch ads only when you choose to, for a reward: they never interrupt the game. To recover the Starter Pack or Lambo Pass on another device: Shop → “Restore purchases”. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is it available in other languages?
It is in English and Spanish: it uses your device language and you can change it in Settings → Language.
Delete your data
Scam Empire has no accounts: everything it stores is on your device, and anonymous gameplay data is only recorded if you gave consent. To delete it:
- Stop sharing gameplay data and delete what was recorded: in the game, Settings → Privacy → turn off “Share anonymous game data”.
- Delete your saved game: Settings → “Reset game”.
- Delete everything: uninstall the app.
- Gameplay data already sent (Firebase): email lagartijalabs@gmail.com with the subject “Scam Empire - delete data” and the installation identifier shown in the app. We will delete it within 30 days.
