Política de privacidad

Scam Empire · Lagartija Labs · Última actualización: 16 de octubre de 2026

En resumen
  • No necesitas cuenta.

No usamos notificaciones push.

2.6. Lo que no hacemos

  • No pedimos registro ni inicio de sesión.
  • No accedemos a tus fotos, contactos, micrófono, cámara ni ubicación precisa.
  • No vendemos tus datos.

Privacy Policy

Scam Empire · Lagartija Labs · Last updated: October 16, 2026

In short
  • No account needed. Your game is saved only on your device.
  • We do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location.
  • Anonymous gameplay data (what you tap, how long you play) is recorded only if you say “Yes”, and you can withdraw it at any time in Settings.
  • There are rewarded ads from Google AdMob, which you only see if you choose to watch them. They are personalized only if you agree (consent form where the law requires it and the iOS tracking prompt).
  • Purchases are optional and processed by Apple: we never see your payment details.

1. Who we are

Scam Empire (“the game” or “the app”) is developed by Lagartija Labs, the controller of the data described here. For any privacy matter: lagartijalabs@gmail.com.

2. What data is processed

2.1. Data stored on your device

For the game to work, the following is stored on your own device (not on our servers): your saved game and progress, your settings (sound, haptics, language, number notation, reduce motion), your answers to the privacy prompts and a random installation identifier. It is deleted when you uninstall the app; the saved game also with “Reset game” in Settings.

2.2. Anonymous gameplay data (only with your consent)

The first time you play, we ask whether you want to help us improve the game. If you don't answer or say “No”, nothing is recorded. If you say “Yes”, the app records gameplay events such as:

WhatExamples
Game usagesession start and end and length, days played, businesses unlocked, partners hired, rebranding, markets and events, missions, daily reward, briefcases, viral posts, rating prompts
In-game economygold bars (virtual currency) earned and spent, offers shown, ads watched and their value, purchases (product and list price, no payment details)
Technical contextrandom installation identifier, app version, platform, your time-zone offset (not your location), event time and assigned A/B test variant

The installation identifier is a random number created by the app; it is not the advertising identifier (IDFA) or the vendor identifier, and it does not identify you. Each event may only carry fields from a closed list; anything else is discarded on the device itself.

Where it goes: events are stored on your device (at most the latest 20,000) and, with your consent, sent to Google Analytics for Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC), acting as our processor. Firebase also receives technical data of its own (app instance ID, device model, OS version and an approximate country inferred from the connection). We do not link this data to your identity.

Why: to measure retention and game pacing, spot boring or frustrating parts and compare design variants (A/B tests). It is not used for advertising and is never sold.

2.3. Rewarded ads (Google AdMob)

Some optional rewards (for example, doubling what you earned while away) are obtained by watching an ad. An ad is never shown unless you ask for it. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which processes data independently under its privacy policy and how Google uses data: device and connection data (including your IP address and the approximate location inferred from it), ad interactions and SDK diagnostics.

  • Consent form: where the law requires it (European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland and some US states) we ask for your choice with Google's form and respect it. You can change it in Settings → Privacy → “Ad privacy”.
  • Tracking on iOS (ATT): the advertising identifier (IDFA) is only used if you allow it in the iOS prompt. Otherwise, ads are not based on your activity in other apps. You can change it in iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking.

Campaign measurement: if we advertise the game on other platforms (for example, TikTok), we may measure which ad brought each install with Apple's attribution tools (SKAdNetwork/AdAttributionKit), which identify no one, and, only if you allow tracking in the iOS prompt, with that platform's SDK. If we turn it on, we will name the provider here.

2.4. In-app purchases

Purchases (gold bars, packs and passes) are optional and processed by Apple through the App Store; we only receive the purchase confirmation to deliver your content. We never see your name, Apple ID or payment details. Non-consumable purchases can be recovered with “Restore purchases” in the Shop.

2.5. Notifications and ratings

If you allow them, the app schedules local notifications on your own device (briefcase ready, cash box full, events, missions; at most three). We do not use push notifications. Now and then, at a good moment in the game, we may ask you to rate the app with Apple's dialog: your rating is handled by Apple and we don't know who leaves it.

2.6. What we don't do

  • No sign-up or log-in.
  • No access to your photos, contacts, microphone, camera or precise location.
  • We do not sell your data.
  • No ads that interrupt the game: only the ones you choose to watch for a reward.

3. Legal basis

  • Gameplay data (Firebase): your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Personalized ads and use of the advertising identifier: your consent (Google's form and the iOS tracking prompt). Without it, ads are not personalized.
  • Purchases and data stored on your device: necessary to provide the game and what you buy.

4. How long we keep it

On your device: until you reset the game, withdraw consent (which deletes the stored events) or uninstall the app. In Firebase: up to 14 months, after which it is deleted. Google keeps AdMob data under its own policy.

5. Your rights and how to delete your data

  • Withdraw consent for gameplay data: Settings → Privacy → turn off “Share anonymous game data”. Events stop being recorded and sent, and those stored on the device are deleted.
  • Ads: Settings → Privacy → “Ad privacy” (where applicable) and iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking.
  • Delete everything local: uninstall the app. To delete only the saved game: Settings → “Reset game”.
  • Data already sent to Firebase: email lagartijalabs@gmail.com with the installation identifier shown in Settings → Privacy; we will delete it within 30 days.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the email above, and lodge a complaint with your country's data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

6. International transfers

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the US) with the safeguards required by law, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age set by your country's law) and we do not knowingly collect children's data. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. App stores

You download and install the game through the App Store (Apple), which processes your data under its own policy. We only receive aggregated download, sales and crash statistics from Apple, with no personal data.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change what is described here, we will update this page and the date above, let you know in the game when relevant and, where needed, ask for your consent again.
