Tindrop — “Swipe to Clean your Gallery”

Summary (does not replace the full text): Tindrop is an app for viewing and managing your photos. Processing is done on your device. It integrates Google ads (AdMob). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Tindrop (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

  • Tindrop allows you to view, preview, and manage photos stored on your device or selected via your browser (in the web version).
  • The App does not upload your photos to the Developer’s servers. Processing is local, except for data involved in loading third-party ads.
  • Cloud providers: if you connect a cloud service (e.g., Drive), authentication is handled by the provider. The App accesses files as authorized by you and processes them locally. We do not host or store your cloud content.
  • Ads may be shown via Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).

3. Requirements and Account

  • No account is required to use Tindrop.
  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

4. Device Permissions

  • Photos/Gallery: required to display and manage content.
  • Network: to load and display third-party ads.
  • Vibration/Haptics (Android): for gesture feedback, if supported by the device.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App integrates Google Mobile Ads to display ads. The use of these services is subject to their own terms and policies. See:

Ad personalization depends on your region and consent (see Privacy Policy).

Third-party cloud services, if used, are provided under their own terms, availability, and policies. We are not responsible for outages, access issues, or changes imposed by those providers.

6. User Content

  • You own or have the rights to the content on your device.
  • You are responsible for the content you view or manage with the App and for complying with applicable laws (e.g., intellectual property, privacy, unlawful content).
  • When deleting content from the App, the behavior depends on your operating system (e.g., permanent deletion or moving to trash). Always review before confirming; deletion may be irreversible.

7. License

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the App on your devices in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited without written permission:

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code, except as permitted by law.
  • Uses that harm, overload, or compromise the security and functionality of the App.
  • Removing copyright notices or trademarks.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, logos, trademarks, code, and documentation are the property of the Developer or its licensors. All rights reserved.

9. Changes and Updates

  • We may update the App (features, fixes, compatibility) and these Terms.
  • The current version will be available with the “last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Warranties and Liability

Because the App is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and is made available for immediate performance, the statutory right of withdrawal generally does not apply once performance has begun with your prior express consent. Refunds are only offered in cases of defects or failures that prevent enjoyment of the service.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, the Developer does not provide implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a purpose, etc.).

To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, data loss, service interruption, or loss of profits from using the App.

Nothing here limits your non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

12. Proper Use and Compliance

  • Do not use the App for illegal activities or to infringe on others’ rights.
  • Do not attempt to bypass technical or security measures.

13. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

14. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains what data we process and why.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are intended to be applied globally. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws and through competent courts or agreed arbitration in your region.

16. Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.

Note: If you add cloud features, user accounts, or analytics in the future, update these Terms to reflect: license scope, responsibilities, payments/subscriptions, withdrawal rights (if selling digital goods or services), account management, cancellations/refunds, and related data processing (international transfers, providers, security measures). Consider including a service changes clause and a dispute resolution clause adapted to your audience. Also review the Privacy Policy before releasing new versions.
